Our stay at Vista House Kandy was nothing short of perfect for our large family! The beautiful design of the house and the breathtaking views from the balcony created a relaxing atmosphere that we all loved. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on nearby attractions and even helping us plan our stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured that everyone had a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the owner even accommodated our special dietary needs. We highly recommend the homemade dinner as well, which was absolutely amazing. The location, though a bit outside of Kandy, was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy some quiet family time. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Vista House to all our friends and family!
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground for the children.

it had marvellous location, within 20 minutes walk from a shopping mall. furthermore, we were just next door to bus/train station.
Everything great. It met needs.

The location is quite remote, requiring a tuk tuk to access any nearby attractions. the lack of a proper curtain in the room allows for unwanted light and chilly drafts at night. the owners could have been more helpful. the property itself is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms at a fair price. the breakfasts are delicious and the host, Waruni, goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome, even catering to specific preferences such as making pancakes for a child.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during Christmas. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely outdoor sitting area where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast and dinner served were excellent in terms of taste and variety. the hotel offered easy transportation arrangements and was located just a short drive away from the main attractions in the area. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
That there were construction works going on during our stay, which caused some inconvenience. , the lack of lighting at the top terrace made it difficult for us to spend time there during the evenings.
